including exterior ductwork, applicant must submit anew application- or this work.
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required
to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans. Should work be completed in non-
compliance of this Certificate,a Violation Notice may be issued resulting in possible fines to the
applicant.
