▪ Install one (1) dryer vent on south elevation (see attached image). Vent to be painted to match
clapboard color; and
▪ Install two (2) vents on upper slope of rear (west) roof through existing roof openings:
o One 12” x 12” turbine vent in black finish; and
o One 5” x 10” fan vent.
Applicant to provide model numbers for all vents for property file.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
