Description of Approval of Work:
▪ Relocate electrical service. New service to include two new service conductors with 4” galvanized
EMT (electric metallic tube) conduits with weatherheads terminating into a LB (line base) cabinet
installed at existing foundation masonry opening between the 2nd and 3rd window bays. Hangers to
be appropriately installed with through-bolting. EMT conduits and weatherheads to be painted to
match color of brick; LB cabinet to be in neutral color.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
