▪ Install new mini-split system (one condenser and two conduit lines) on east elevation of building
with majority of system hidden from public view (see attached mockup). Conduits to be painted to
match underlying colors of building.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
