Dear Mayor Driscoll and Mr. Greenbaum:
In accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) [(310 CMR 40.1403(3)(h)] and on
behalf of Marcela Restrepo,Theresa DeNisco(deceased), and Woodbury Realty Trust,the purpose
of this letter is to:
♦ To notify your office of the availability of the "Permanent Solution with Conditions"
report for the above-referenced site and Release Tracking Number (RTN) 3-21495 in
accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan(MCP) (310 CMR 40.0000). This
report has been submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection
(MADEP).
A condition of No Significant Risk of harm of health, safety, public welfare, and the
environment exists or has been achieved with an Activity and Use Limitation(AUL)that was
implemented and recorded at the South Essex Registry of Deeds in Book 32632 /Page 309
on July 8, 2013. The AUL provides restrictions on site uses and activities. Therefore, a
Permanent Solution with Conditions with Conditions is applicable for the site.
