Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. Cap to replicate cap on fence of adjacent property (existing fence at 384 Essex Street has lost its original cap). New fence to match all other details including location, height and board width. o Fencing at corner of property along Flint Street to be replicated with flat board fence with lattice top. Fence to be in wood and replicate all details including location, design, height and board width. ▪ New fencing to be painted to match existing fence colors. There will be no changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance. Non-applicable due to being in-kind replacement and not being visible from a public way. Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
