Complete a roof repair, about 9 or 10 squares, in the rear and middle section of the building (on the Beckford St
side of the building). We're aware of three types of roofing currently in use at the property; rolled rubber
membrane on the flat surfaces, as well as, three tab asphalt, and architectural shingles in the pitched areas. Most
all of the roof is not visible from the street, and our plan is to advise the roofer to use best judgement in replacing
materials sticking closely to what's being removed while affording us the best possible warranty.
