Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. There will be no changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance of porch. Non-applicable due to being in-kind repairs. ▪ Temporary changes to steeple: Remove damaged windows and cover with plywood boards for winter season. All removed windows to be re-installed no later than August 1, 2021 or applicant to submit new application for work. Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
