▪ Repoint brick wall along Flint Street. Mortar to be a type O mortar: 1/2/9 mix (white cement,
hydrated lime and sand) to match existing color, grain size, texture and pointing technique. Clean
finished work with Sureklean 600 Detergent or equivalent.
▪ Restore wood windows and paint to match existing color.
There will be no changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance. Non-applicable
due to work being in-kind painting.
Once completed, please submit a photograph(s) of the final work for Staff sign-off of certificate.
