This is the back of my house, 38 Flint Street. You are seeing windows for 2 bedrooms. I want to add a mini-split for air conditioning, so the ductwork would be seen on the back of the house. This is the back of my house, 38 Flint Street. Would like to add a min-split system. This is a sketch that the contractor created to show where the duct work and compressor would go. This is what my neighors (at 380 Essex Street) would see from their yard (I’m standing in their driveway and looking over their fence to see the back of my home. My neighors (at 40 Flint Street) have a fence (to the right in this photo) - they can’t see the ductwork or compressor due to their fence. My neighors (at 384 Essex Street/Flint) - the bay of garage/work spaces in the barn which are connected to the Essex Street apartment building can’t see the ductwork or compressor due to the side of the barn. There is one window at the top of the barn but the space is only used for storage, it is not residential.
