-Repair the rotting trim above the front door(photo included to show detail). Like-kind.
-Repair Slate Roof where damaged to prevent further water damage to the interior of the home. We are currently
working with Scott Kidney of J.B. Kidney& Co. Inc who specializes in Slate roof repairs
-Paint the exterior of the home;white(body)with black(trim) which is the current color scheme and is original to
the home. It is simply in need of a fresh coat. We have a call into Arch Painting for a quote.
-Repair the front steps as the wood is rotting and the stairs are sagging. Like-kind.
-Repair damaged clapboards, like-kind.
-Repair damaged/broken lattice. Like-kind,unless the commission with allow us to replace with a vinyl product to
prevent future rot and make it more difficult for animals to enter under the porches.
