Thank you. I'm planning on doing the kitchen ell (not visible from the street) as soon as possible, as the interior of the house is
exposed to the weather at the moment. The part seen from the public way, I was planning on doing in the near future. I'd like to start
with the kitchen ell as to mitigate the damage from the elements. I'm happy to wait until after the meeting to address any of the items
visible from the street.

Hello, I would like to start on the replacement of the siding on the kitchen ell (not visible from street) as soon as possible, as the
interior of the house is exposed to the elements. The siding and trim is being replaced in kind. I'd really like to stop the water from
doing any more damage to the structure. Please advise. Sean Maher
