Clapboard repair/replacement will likely be done in two stages, kitchen ell being first (not visible from the street) and the main house on Winter st. done in the near future. I'm planning on doing the kitchen ell (not visible from the street) as soon as possible, as the interior of the house is exposed to the weather at the moment. The part seen from the public way, I was planning on doing in the near future. I'd like to start with the kitchen ell as to mitigate the damage from the elements. I'm happy to wait until after the meeting to address any of the items visible from the street. The siding and trim is being replaced in kind. I'd really like to stop the water from doing any more damage to the structure. Please advise.
