Dear Patty:
As we discussed, North Shore Community Development Coalition has filed an application with
the Planning Board for a Special Permit for the above-referenced property under the new
Municipal & Religious Building Reuse Ordinance.
The new regulations require that the application also be submitted to the Historical Commission
for advisory comments to the Planning Board. Enclosed is a copy of the letter application to the
Planning Board along with nine copies of all plans.
I would appreciate it if you could place this item on the agenda of the Historical Commission's
April 1 st meeting.
