I wish to extend the fence in my backyard so that the yard is enclosed on all four sides (currently the fence is
installed on three sides). The new section of fence will be behind the right side of the house; it cannot be seen from
the street unless a passerby takes additional action to peek over the existing fencing, gate, and bushes into the
backyard. The new fence section will be identical to the existing fence on the left side of the house, which *can*
be seen from the street on the left side of the house. The new fence will be 6 feet tall like the existing fence, and
the length of the new fence section will be 18.25 feet. The attached photographs show the following (in order):
1) Front exterior of house (showing existing fence on left and existing fencing on right side)
2) Right side of house as seen walking up the street towards the house from the right (showing bushes that will
obscure fence from view)
3) Front view of right side of house as seen from street (showing existing fencing that will further obscure new
fence section so that it is not readily visible from the street)
4) Existing fence on left side of house (visible from street; new fence will be identical)
5) Overhead view of backyard where fence will be installed
6) Overhead view of backyard with red line representing where new fence section will be placed
