We hereby submit specifications and estimates for
General slate repair to the entire roof (any missing / damaged slate will be pulled and replaced).
The chimney will be re-sealed.
The metal ridge caps will be repaired.
Sidewall tiles will be repaired on the dormers.
Metal fascia and soffit will be fabricated and installed to damaged areas.
Estimate. $2,100
An additional $1,800 will be added to the estimate to take off up to 100 sq/ft of slate in the
active leak area and install ice and water shield and put the slate back on.
