NOTICE OF HEARING 9-2-20 - 34 Summer Street Salem Historical Commission 98 WASHINGTON STREET, SALEM, MASSACHUSETTS 01970 (978) 619-5685 NOTICE OF HEARING* The Salem Historical Commission will hold a public hearing* for all persons interested in the Application of: Jessica Bombardier On the property at: 34 Summer Street Concerning: Architectural roof shingles Date of Hearing: September 2, 2020 Time of Hearing: 6:00 p.m. Location of Hearing: *Via remote participation Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public hearing of the City of Salem Historical Commission is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can listen and or view this meeting while in progress via the remote particip ation platform Zoom, through any one of the following ways: • Go to the website https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83106431392?pwd=ZmNlYzJ2UExMTUEycXNYcnRsWmQxUT09 or enter it into your web browser to join the meeting; or ▪ Go to the website link https://zoom.us/join and enter Webinar ID# 831 0643 1392 and enter Password 799982 ▪ Dial a toll-free phone number 877-853-5257 (Toll Free). When prompted, enter Webinar ID # 831 0643 1392, enter Password 799982 and follow the instructions to join the meeting. Those only dialing in will not have access to the direct video feed of the meeting but can follow along with the project materials that will be available for download online prior to the meeting.
