Attach additional sheets, as necessary. We are presently conducting approved, in-kind repairs, including replacement and/or repair of the rotted boards, sill, and basement entrance. The entrance to the basement on the Botts Court side has a roofline that slopes alongside the house and so water runs alongside the house and into the boards and sill, causing significant rot. We would like to re-orient the roof so that the water is instead directed onto Botts Court. Please see diagram below. The roof will otherwise be identical in dimension and pitch to the present roof line. I have attached pictures of the basement entrance and roof as it is currently, depicting the resulting rot to the house.
