Removal of all existing chainlink fencing;
Creation of 36" high bi-folding driveway gate and entry gate along the sidewalk of the south-west property line.
Small sections of fencing on both sides of gates close off the property.
Gates and fences are made with 3.5" wide cedar pickets cut square. Gate frame is Ix3" retangular steel tube, all
painted to match pickets. Pickets face out to the street. Vertical steel frame supports are hidden by pickets.
Gate and fence posts would most conveniently be made of square steel tube with pyramid style post caps. Gate
posts would be 5x5x42 inches. Fence posts would be 2x2x32 inches.
A fence was located at this location in the past,but was removed for off-street parking(see attached photo; 1964)
