Install a 4' tall fence with a matching gate from(roughly) the rear corner at either side of the building across the
top/end of the driveway to a seperate and already existing fence that runs along the side of the property. As the
perimeter fence already exists, we will not be performing any additional surveying (as we'll be inside of the
existing lines).
The point and purpose of this fence is to create an area, in the rear of the building, where the tenants can sit
outside in a space that also protects their pets. We have already begun to landscape and plant the area, and expect
to continue doing so.
The new sections of fencing - roughly 16 feet(two 6' panels and one 4' gate) at the 1 North Pine side, and about 10
feet(one 6'panel and one 4' gate) at the 3 North Pine side, will be barely visible if at all from the street as they'll
be set back about 30' from the street, and more than hidden if the cars are also parked in the driveway as usual.
The type of fence being is a'no dig' variety, meaning that there are metal poles used at either end of the fence/gate
sections which are securely pounded into the ground. The fence/gate sections (at the post ends) are then sleeved
atop the anchored poles. Installation is relatively quick/easy. The style of fence, white picket, is both attractive
and appropriate, and the white vinyl material is durable and largely indiscernable from wood at a distance.
Pictures of the fence (from Home Depot) are attached, and the poles have already been pounded into the ground.
