1-3 North Pine Street Blue Sky Fence Colonial 620 - wood fence information - with pck edits per applicant The Fence and Fencing Materials ✓ The fencing material is cedar. ✓ Each fence panel is 4’ tall and 8’ long. ✓ The fence posts are 5”x5” and can be either cedar or pressure treated wood. ✓ The boards on the face of the fence are 1”x4” flat cedar stock (so, 3 ½ inches wide), and there’s a 2” space between boards. ✓ The vendor, Northeastern Fence, informs me that while the image depicts a fence that is of a mortise and tenon construct, that they are also able to face nail if that is preferable. ✓ While there is no image of the gate on their website, it will be of the same material and in the same fashion. The gate is 4’ wide. ✓ There will be two gates, one at each side/driveway end. ✓ The gates will be installed considering both cost effectiveness as well as efficiency (the goal would be to have them centered in each instance, but only to the extent that such customization does not significantly increase pricing). ✓ If a cap is used, it will be the one in the image (their ‘flat cap’). ✓ Fence will be left natural to weather gray The Location of the Fence ✓ As was noted at the last meeting, the plan is to run the fence from the rear corner of the building across the top of the driveway to the existing board fence to create an enclosure area at the back of the property. ✓ The fence run will be approximately 17’ on the 1 North Pine side of the building, and 11’ on the 3 North Pine side of the building.
