I am assisting the new Owner of 319 Essex Street with some interior remodeling. The roof needs replacement
and we propose to match the existing roofing material.
"this work will require approval from the Commission. In most cases, this work is maintenance requiring only a
Certificate of Non-Applicability which can be issued within a few days" Please poll the Board for approval of
this replacement in kind.
Any future exterior alterations, paint colors etc. which might be subject to Board approval will be formally
submitted prior to any permit application for that work.
