If wall insulation is used, the Commission recommends the use of an interior vapor barrier to prevent moisture from penetrating from the building interior into the insulation, which could result in the deterioration of wood frame and finishes; • Replace clapboards to match existing materials, design, dimensions and exposure. • House to be painted to match existing colors under previously approved certificate.
