Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. As we discussed, I am confirming in writing that:
1. Bates House Condominium Association would like to be removed from the October 2nd agenda. We have decided to
postpone work on the gutters for now.
2. We would like to move ahead with replacing the flat rubber roofing that covers the front porch, back porch, first floor
kitchen, and second floor bathroom (per our initial application).
