The back steps to my back door have rotted and need to be rebuilt. I also need to re-do the trim around my back
window,which has also rotted.All of the work to be done will be the same as what currently exists, and will be
wood.
I have made certain that my contractor is aware of the requirements of doing work in the McIntire District and that
everything must be rebuilt to look the same as what is currently there.

meeting product samples, if appropriate)
Dimensions (i.e. height of fence, size of pickets and posts, etc.)
Paint color samples, if applicable (no less than 2"x2")
