We are contracted to grind 75 percent of the joints on the masonry wall. Once joints have been removed to approximately one inch.Type N
mortar and fine sand will be used to joint.We will also add light buff,a restoration mortar color to the mortar mix. Steel lintel above window
will be replaced using steel angle iron. Pipe staging will be used along this side of building. Building will not be sealed after work has been
preformed.This will allow for any moisture to escape.
