The scope of work on the project shall include the following:
Demolition of existing doghouse bulkhead down to foundation to remain at Rear facade to replace with platform to
support new condenser units. New decks, balustrades, decorative posts & french wood sliding doors on the first
and second floor at North facade. New skirt boards below existing decks at Rear and North facades. Removal of
existing casement windows on Rear and South facades to replace with new double hung windows. Install new
windows within the existing rear addition at the South West and North facades. Miscellaneous trim and clapboard
repair as needed as part of proposed renovations. Remgve existing retaining wall to within area of existing low
curb, approximately+/- 20'-0".
