■ Replace existing section of fence on eastern property boundary adjacent to garden with new 60"
tall fence (see attached drawing). Fence to be in white cedar and painted to match fence color at
314 Essex Street (Benjamin Moore"white" stain);
• Remove"pickets" from top of fencing on northern boundary of garden to reduce height of existing
fence to approximately 60" and paint fence "white"to correspond with height and color of new
fencing; and
■ Reduce height of flat board fence gate on northern boundary of garden to approximately 60" and
paint "white"to correspond with height and color of new fencing.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
