Brief Assessment of Chimney Structural Integrity
From the ground level, the chimney seems to have a slight tilt, around 7-10 degrees. I could see
a larger than normal crack near the base leading me to believe that the tilt caused this crack.
The tilt could put a lot of pressure on the chimney so it's possible that it could fall someday from
that. Only two sides could be seen, so it is difficult to know for certain without going on the roof
to assess all four sides.
