* The existing slate roof on the main three story building fronted by Winter St is to be replaced by new roof using
GAF Slate Line shingles.
* Underlaying the GAF shingles, a GAF ice-water shield, and new ridge vents is to be installed.
* The existing snow rail is to be replaced by new snow rail comprised by aluminum brackets and aluminum pipe.
Three rows of pipe all brackets to be 4 ft on center fastened into the rafters ushing 4 inch stainless steel screws.
* A new aluminum drip edge is to be installed on all rakes and eaves, dormers included, new step flashing where
needed and new pipe covers at vent stacks.
* The work is to be carried out by way of a temporary work staging in the front and rear of the building, meeting
OSHA safety standards.
