We are seeking to remove an existing door at the south/rear facade of the "Garden House", and install (1)new folding glass door system, remove the existing(6)double hung windows along west/side facade (which is only partially visible from Pickering Street)of the "Garden House" and replace them with(1) folding glass door system and(3) tall windows. We are proposing that all masonry lintels above the proposed windows and folding glass door systems are completed to match existing, and painted white to match the existing main house.All proposed glass door systems and windows will have divided lights to keep with the historic look of the existing building. This work also includes landscape improvements in the form of a new terraced patio that begins at the main house, down along the side of the "Garden House",and around the back of it extending to the existing detached Carriage House. Where the proposed patio is between the Garden House and Carriage House,we are proposing a small outdoor kitchen area that allows for a grill and small sink.
