The stoop and roof have very limited visibility from Beckford street. Current Dimensions: ~4' depth x ~5' width We plan to reconstruct the roof with the following modifications: * Maintain ~4' depth but increase width to ~6' to fully overhang granite slab * Minimize roof slope to 3:12 or less. * Roof sloped similar to existing (see sketch) * Change to metal (copper) roof * Trim to match rear addition roofline (see attached) * Plain straight corner brace/bracket~2' or smaller Will repair or replace with in-kind materials except roof as noted. Paint will match the primary home color.
