the approved shed at 8 Chestnut Street, attached please find Architectural Drawings, Detailed
Construction Description, Side Elevation, Framing Design and Floor Layout.

8 Chestnut Street 8 x12 Shed
Install an 8' deep x 12'wide x 8' high shed with a hip roof that will match the existing pitch in the main
house and shall be installed off back left side of property. Shed shall be installed over an inoperable door
and window and shall be replaced with two new carriage house swingout doors roughly 36x80/per.
Construction shall include matching overhang, door trim, corner trim,facia, soffits, clapboard siding, and
paint as existing.
Shed shall sit on a poured concrete slab and constructed with the following:
Walls and plates-2x6 lumber
Header-2x10
Ceiling joists-2x6
Ridge-2x12
Rafters—2x10
