The scope of work on the project shall include the following:
Proposed 16'x19'first floor addition consisting of expanded family room,proposed mud room and relocated rear
porch with a 15'xl9' second floor addition consisting of proposed master bathroom and storage closets. First floor
kitchen area to be renovated as well,with new windows being installed on rear elevation. Second floor corridor to
be modified to accept new laundry closet.
Installation of 4" aluminum"ogee"profile white aluminum gutters and three 3" diameter white aluminum
conductors at areas indicated on provided elevations. Stripping of existing shingles &paper on existing roof at rear
of structure in preparation of installation of new 3 tab "gray" asphalt shingles to match proposed conditions.
Scraping,priming&painting of existing clapboard siding and trim,typ. throughout.
