Attach additional sheets, as necessary. The rear and fence has rotted in multiple areas and after the storm from March 1-2 the half behind the carriage house fell down. Where the rear fence is heavily damaged and rotted we seek to replace the fence in-kind (same height, type of wood boards, cap cover and painted using the same color green and white). It will look identical to the fence (on the left- hand side of our property), which we repaired in-kind last year. This will include planting new fence posts. Where it is currently March, the ground is still frozen, so it’s difficult to put new posts into the ground and it’s too cold to paint. For this reason, we would like to dispose of the broken fence sections over the upcoming weeks and then replace the rear fence in kind in late spring // early summer [Before the 30th of June 2018].
