The Loring Emmerton Condo Association has commissioned Alpine Woodworks -- a Salem-based architectural
millwork company -- to repair/restore the wooden fence on the north side of the driveway and to replace the
balusters and handrail on the rear porch . While portions of the front fence will need to be replaced, the
replacements will match the existing structure .

Concealed Conditions : This Bid is based solely on the observations I was able to make with the structure in
its current condition at the time of this bid . If additional concealed conditions are discovered once work has
commenced which were not visible at the time the proposal was bid, we will stop work and point out these
unforeseen concealed conditions to Owner so that Owner and Contractor can execute a change order for any
additional work.
Lead Time : Spring 2018
Terms : 50% deposit, final on completion .
