Description of Work Proposed
1. We are proposing to paint the rear ell of house on the east side. The color will be gray to match tF e
rest of the house. We plan to repair and repaint the white wooden lattice.The area encircled in red is
where the repainting and lattice work will occur.
2. We propose to replace the fence between our back yard and 30 Chestnut Street with a capped picket
fence stained black and 4 feet in height. The current fence is wire strung between wood posts.The area
in red (below left) is where the fence is located. It is not visible from the street(photo is taken in the
driveway of 30 Chestnut Street). The capped picket fence will resemble the fence at 42 Chestnut St
(photo on right) but it will be stained black.

Elevation drawings of the existing conditions and proposed improvements
Drawings of details and other special conditions, including profiles
Description,photographs, and/or catalog cuts of proposed materials (please bring to the
meeting product samples, if appropriate)
Dimensions(i.e. height of fence, size of pickets and posts, etc.)
Paint color samples, if applicable (no less than 2"x2")
Location and size of all mechanical equipment, such as transformers, HVAC equipment,
electrical service and meters, and proposed screening
