The following is an estimate for work to be completed at the above address in a timely, clean, and
Professional manner. Permit and waste disposal is included
A) Tarp around the whole home.
B) Strip off existing roof shingle down to the wood sheathing. (Up to 3 layers included)
C) Repair/replace up to 32 sq ft of sheathing as needed
D) Install new white drip edge to the perimeter of the roof.
E) Cover the entire roof surface with ice and water shield on the tat side due to possible solar
installation.Left side to receive 2 rows=6ft of ice and water shield.
F) Re
lace all vent pipe boots.Install ice and water shield around the chimneys and skylights
G) Cover the rest of the roof surface with O/C synthetic underlayment.

I) Install cap shingle to the peak of the roof. Clean and secure gutters. rr

The total investment amount for the above project is$6,750.00 Payment is due upon completion.
