Replace a 40 foot piece of brown ugly fence (that was put up by the previous owner without SHC approval) with
fencing that replicates the PEM fencing that it meets in the back of the property. The fence area is not visible from
any streets and it is also not visible to any neighbors. The PEM fence is is a 4-foot white cedar plank board fence
(you can view it in the front of their Assembly House property) that we will extend backwards 40 feet toward the
back property line of our property. It will also be identicalto the fencing in the front of our properry, which you can
see in the Carpenter Street photo. Ultimately, we want to make all of the fencing around the properly more
uniform.
