Installation of gate approximately 30 feet inside property line from existing fence and gate that line
sidewalk. This new, second gate would extend the distance between house and another existing fence
(a width of approximately 4 feet). The gate would be -5 feet high to match existing fence height and be
painted white to match existing fence and house trim.
The only visible line of sight is when standing immediately across from entry gate on sidewalk; a width
of-4feet. The existing fence that would run perpendicular to this gate and the house block all other
angles of sight and approaching views.
The gate is of solid wood design with a roughly foot tall inset of lattice that matches existing lattice on
back porch and topped by flat wood piece that matches existing fence line that would run perpendicular
to proposed gate.
