• Remove and replace front stairwell railing; matching style and making it to code
height.
• Remove and replace front box columns on front porch and install new with railings
to match existing adjoining house railings on other front deck.
• Install new column base supports by digging down four feet and pouring
concrete.(4in total)
• New 4x4 posts will be lagged into existing frame on deck to re-support and
strengthen deck.
• Picture frame below deck with PT for vertical trim, lattice and water table boards.
• Install new vertical boards on exterior of deck and painted black
• Remove and replace where needed flooring to salvage as best possible. Estimate
over 22 decking boards will need to be removed.
■ Railing stock will be 4 1/4. Balustrade will be 3 1/4.
• Decking will be fir to match existing.
• Balusters,railing and trim will be painted`Ecru"to match existing trim color.
