Certificate of Appropriateness for Other: LANDSCAPE
Construction of a 6" wall along the property line between 161 Federal St and 165 Federal St.
This wall had to be installed along the property line between 161 Federal St and 165 Federal St in order to
accommodate the neighbors and their concern with their house being hit by a car and the weather.
Knowing that everything 6" or more above ground needs approval from the Historical Commission, Jessica
Herbert and David Hart inspected and Ok'd the wall.
