Applicant proposes to remove existing "storefront" windows that are non-operable and replace with Pella Architect
series or Marvin Ultimate series double-hung wood windows. The windows will be 2 over 2, simulated divided
lites with 7/8" muntin bars. The existing storefront window sills are approximately 12" off the first floor.
Applicant proposes to increase sill height to about 24", given this is a residential unit. Front double hungs will be
2'-9"w x6-5" h, and the inner angled windows will be 2'-5"w x6-5"h.
The existing paneling will be replicated in detail and profiles,but increased in height given the higher window
sills.
All other trim will remain or be replaced and replicated as necessary,with wood, if rotted.
Applicant will be painting the entire building with the proposed colors attached. Clapboards-Ben Moore HC-169
