Shutters - Beech River Mill " Salem Style " to match existing in style, size and color wherever the existing are 14 too rotten to repair. These shutters will installed on the east side of the house — see photo below. The " Salem Style " shutters are the same in every respect as those approved by SHC in 2016 for the front fagade of our house. (see photo attached) 2. Fence - We propose to replace the side fence between#28 and#30 Chestnut Street(on the west side of#28) with a 4'high, capped picket fence stained black. The current fence is wire strung between posts and has reached its useful life. The new fence will resemble the fence at#42 but it will be black. (see photos) 3. Gate and fence -At the end of the brick path on the west side of#28 there is a small picket fence and gate. They are not original. We would like to replace them with a capped picket fence to match the new fence.
