I just sent out an email asking for an affirmative response For me to represent the condo association at a Zoning Board hearing coming up on the 20".1 wasn't sure if you knew what this was about. As you know,we have an unusual plot plan layout of the property,making it exceedingly difficult to find a suitable place to put the trash and recycle bins.We used to just have them individually,but that was before the City mandated these huge bins that we have now. We ended up putting them where they are now,but found that people coming from the marina and from the ferry landing were putting trash and garbage on r and around the trash bins.It was frustrating,to say the leastl Judie Burke suggested that we enclose the bins to give a sense of ownership.It worked!We have had a far less problem with the trash and garbage Issue. unfortunately,someone(we do not know who)complained to the City Building Dept that we were in violation of a City Ordinance that requires a significant setback from the front property line.Obviously,we don't have the luxury of space.The City Inspector came by last month and declared that he didn't have a problem with it.BUT,since there was a complaint,it has to go before the Zoning Board for a hearing to make a variance appeal.I volunteered to take care of the details,among which were filing the appeal,getting the plat plan to show the existing new fence,newspaper notices,yada yada yada... f0 Type hereto search • — W r. r , r RECEIVED NOV 14 2019 DEPT.
