This is to confirm that you have rescinded your request to withdraw without prejudice the petition of 6 White Street, and that you would like to move forward with the variance request. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is not the case.I have spoken with the Assistant City Solicitor who informed me that because of the late notice that this is no longer a request to withdraw without prejudice, the Board will be unable to make a final decision on the variance request in tomorrow's meeting, and will need to continue to another meeting to make a final decision. I am enclosing a detail of the fence plot plan,as Mr.St. Pierre seemed to think that the long back section of the enclosure was in city property. It is not. I have indicated in red where we were proposing to move the trash enclosure. He had suggested that we move the arms back,or even remove the arms completely and put the bins behind the long section. Our issue with that is that it would make it difficult if not impossible to access the bins to put in our trash if an owner's car was parked in its space, and having to pull out each bin from the end. It will probably end up that we have to pull down the whole thing and go back to what it has been since we first had to get the bins. They were there for years with no complaints. I'm just waiting on approval of the form from our chair. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'll let you know once I hear back from Tom about attending the hearing. Thank you! I am attaching the slightly revised agenda for the Board of Appeals meeting next January 15, 2020.The revision was to add an item to Old/New Business(after all the public hearings for petitions before the Board). As such,it should not impact your hearing, but I still wanted to inform you of the revised agenda. Please let me know if you have any questions.Thank you!
