The actual amount is less than 6”. We thought the line extended to the curbing, but apparently it does not. If you could drop off one full set of the affirmation emails either before or at the meeting, too, that would be great. And thank you for the explanation! As far as I know, the curbing should not be an issue. My question is regarding the fence/enclosure. I’ve attached a PDF showing my markup of the plan you submitted: the red circles highlight the two areas which appear to be the fence extending out past the property line. Are these lines showing the continuation of the fence? Please let me know. I could print them out and drop them off if you’d like…let me know. 2 I’ve contacted the surveyor, but have not yet heard back. What kind of issue? There’s a small portion of curbing that goes into the street; there used to be arborvitae trees there, and it had never been paved, only dirt and the trees. When the trees died, we had them removed and paved over it when we had new asphalt applied. It had been dirt and trees since before we first moved in in 1998, probably since the building was turned into condos in 1978. When you get the chance, can you please supply a signed consent letter from the Nathaniel’s Landing Condominium Association affirming that you are authorized to bring this petition? This is to add to the project file for complete documentation. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also, I was reviewing the plot plan that was submitted with Tom St. Pierre, the Zoning Enforcement Officer, and he noted that there might be an issue with the fence/enclosure structure extending into the public way. On the current plot plan, it looks like this structure extends out onto the sidewalk. Can you please check in with the surveyor about this and possibly provide a zoomed-in image of that portion of the plan, to illustrate where the structure ends? Please let me know if you have questions about this as well. Thank you! Have a great long weekend!
