I request to withdraw without prejudice the petition for 6 White Street I will get the surveyor to amend the plot plan. The dimensions will not change; only the location. Thanks so much for your help on this, Brennan! I spoke with Tom today and got some answers. He confirmed that yes, a surveyor’s plot plan should be submitted. If you know where exactly the fence will be moved to, this can be done before the fence is actually moved; otherwise, it can be done afterwards. In terms of the ZBA application, I think the best procedure at this point is to request to withdraw the petition for 6 White Street without prejudice (you can do so by simply responding to this email and saying I request to withdraw without prejudice the petition for 6 White Street). We will then keep the item on the agenda, and the Board will vote to approve or deny this request in next week’s meeting. I think that you will not need to attend this meeting; I’ll double check and let you know. In that case, if the Board approves the request to withdraw without prejudice, rather than a decision approving or denying the requested variance, a decision would be recorded with the Registry of Deeds noting that there was a request to withdraw without prejudice. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you! I hope all is well. I’m sorry for my delayed response! Tom St. Pierre is out of the office today but will be back Monday. I will check in with him then to find out exactly what he will need (including whether a surveyor’s plot plan is needed), and what the next steps should be in terms of removing the 6 White Street petition from the ZBA’s agenda. Thank you for keeping me updated! It’s not going to be done until Spring, as the cold weather makes working with vinyl difficult (see previous forwarded email). Thanks! Sandy Martin 6 White St Salem Sent from Mail for Windows 10
