Final conclusions and recommendation are as follows:
1. The site investigated does have an area suitable for the
installation of a subsurface sewage disposal system;
2. The lot is not large enough to place a well and subsurface
sewage disposal system under the provisions of the applicable
codes and is therefore not buildable at this time;
3. Additional land to the west of your lot when combined with
your lot would prouide sufficient loom for development;
4. Prior to Board of Health approval, a verification of soil
conditions for a reserve leaching area and detailed plans
and specifications would be required.
If there are any quistion concerning this report or if .I
may be of further service to you, please do not hesitate to
call.
Very truly yours,
