Dear Homeowner
This department has received a complaint that the above referenced property has
an additional unit in the basement. The Zoning for this address is R1, which is zoned for a single
family house. A required inspection will be conducted by Building, Fire and Plumbing
inspectors.
This inspection is scheduled for Thursday April 8,2021 at 10:00 A.M.
Per Mass State Building Code 780 C.M.R. Section R 104.1 and under the provisions of
780 C.M.R. section 104.6- Right of Entry, of the State Building Code, access to the property
must be granted for the purposes of this inspection.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter.
Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance,and as such
will result in violations and fines.If you feel you are aggrieved by the Building code
sections,your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings,Regulations and Standards in Boston.
