Petition of JOSH CHMARA for a special permit per Section 3.3.2 Nonconforming Uses of the
Salem Zoning Ordinance to change from one non-conforming use (single-family dwelling) to
another (two-family dwelling), and a variance from Section 5.1.8 Table of Required Parking Spaces
to construct two parking spaces instead of the required three spaces at 157 BOSTON STREET
(Map 16, Lot 66) (B2 and ECOD Zoning Districts).
